imprint (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a product of Knox Consulting. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our personality test platform and related services.

Assessment Data

When you take the imprint test, we collect your responses to determine your imprint type. This includes your answers to test questions and your resulting type profile (Designer, Driver, Doer, or Developer).

Account Information

If you create an account, we collect information provided through our authentication provider, Clerk. This may include your name, email address, and profile information.

Infrastructure Logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and authentication provider (Clerk) may collect standard server log information as part of their normal operations, such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser details. We do not actively collect or store this data ourselves. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and deliver the imprint test and your personalized results
  • To generate your personal report and “Work With Me” guide
  • To enable team features such as Team Maps and Manager Guides for organizations
  • To improve and develop our test and platform
  • To communicate with you about your account or our services

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Authentication is handled by Clerk, a trusted identity and access management platform.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Clerk — for user authentication and account management
  • Neon — for secure database hosting
  • Vercel — for application hosting and delivery

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data. We encourage you to review their policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your team or organization if you are part of a Team plan, as necessary to provide team features
  • With service providers who assist in operating our platform, under strict data protection agreements
  • When required by law or to protect our legal rights

  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Request export of your data by contacting us
